If you’ve ever hit the top of a hill in an open street rod at “high” speed then you’ll know what fun driving one can be. Building this kit is almost as much fun as the thrill of 120 MPH wind in your hair. This model is part of the Revell “Classic Cruiser” series and one of the best kits around. There is virtually no flash; parting lines and sinks are kept to a minimum and the suspension is easy to build yet realistic when assembled. Let me just say it – you’re going to love this kit! The stance is perfect and the parts fit together precisely.

For the modeler – As good as this kit is straight out of the box, there are a few things you’ll need to know if you’re going to take this awesome ride to the local model contest. A couple pin mark locations and a design consideration will need to be addressed to make this a knockout showpiece. The decals – although they are top notch also need a little coaxing. See the Step-by-Step review for all the details. This kit features 75 pieces molded in white with excellent flame graphics and decals with soft black “fatties” and generous chrome parts.
